We have both ZOOM and "in gym" classes. Let us know at the front desk if you need login info for the ZOOM classes. Marilyn is back beginning Sept 2nd. No CHISEL class on Sept 21st and 23rd. SPIN returns to the gym on Tuesday mornings at 8:30am. And we have a ZOOM SPIN class on Saturday mornings at 8am that can either be done at home or in the gym!!
